Graduate Risk Engineering Data Analyst – Energy & Power

About the role

Marsh is seeking a motivated recent graduate to join its MEA Risk Engineering & Technology Innovation team. The role focuses on improving processes, digitising workflows, and building data‑driven tools for the Energy and Power practice across the Middle East and Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing risk‑engineering workflows, identify inefficiencies and propose digital solutions.
• Design, develop and maintain internal tools and applications that automate routine tasks.
• Collect, organise and validate data from surveys and internal databases, then generate actionable insights using Excel and other tools.
• Collaborate with risk engineers to support assessments, insurance submissions and client presentations.
• Prepare presentations, reports and participate in internal and client meetings as required.
• Shadow senior engineers during field surveys to gain practical risk‑engineering exposure.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Competence with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
