About the role

The College of Business at Abu Dhabi University is looking for a proactive Graduate Teaching Assistant to support faculty in delivering high‑quality education for large‑class courses. This full‑time, on‑site position combines academic assistance with essential administrative duties.

Key responsibilities

• Assist faculty with learning activities and classroom management.
• Grade assignments, quizzes, and examinations in a timely manner.
• Prepare and organize course materials, including lecture slides and handouts.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
• Support the coordination of course‑related administrative tasks such as scheduling and communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a related field).
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong time‑management, initiative, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
