About the role
The Al Nokhba Program offers a one‑year graduate trainee position designed to empower fresh Emirati graduates across all fields. Participants will receive a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical training aligned with international standards, preparing them for the professional environment.
Key responsibilities
- Engage in structured training modules covering both theory and hands‑on practice.
- Support various departmental projects and initiatives under supervision.
- Apply learned concepts to real‑world tasks and contribute to team objectives.
- Complete periodic assessments to track progress and competency development.
Required profile
- Nationality: United Arab Emirates.
- Gender: Male or Female.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree obtained within the last three years.
- Experience: No prior experience or up to three years.
- Age: Under 30 years.
- Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English (reading, writing, speaking).
- National Service: Completed.
