Graduate Trainee – Business, Arts & Law (UAE Nationals)

About the role

The ADNOC Fresh Graduate Program offers UAE nationals a full‑time, on‑site trainee position across a range of business, arts and law disciplines. Selected graduates will rotate through key functions, gaining hands‑on experience while being evaluated for potential permanent employment.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in real‑world projects within Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Project Management, Human Resources, Economics and various legal domains.
• Support senior teams in analysis, reporting, and implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Undertake competency assessments and performance reviews throughout the program.
• Engage with ADNOC’s corporate culture and compliance standards.

Required profile

• UAE national with a recent degree in Business, Arts, Economics, Law or related fields.
• Medical fitness suitable for the work environment.
• Clear government background check, including a certificate of good conduct.
• Successful completion of all entry assessments, interviews and national service (unless exempted).
