Graduate Trainee – Engineering & Science (UAE Nationals)

About the role

The ADNOC Fresh Graduate Program offers UAE nationals a structured, temporary trainee position in engineering and science disciplines. Participants will gain hands‑on experience across the ADNOC Group while developing professional competencies.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple engineering and science departments to acquire broad operational knowledge.
• Support senior engineers on projects related to petroleum, chemical, mechanical, electrical, civil, and other listed specialties.
• Conduct data analysis, laboratory tests, and field observations under supervision.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for ongoing initiatives.
• Participate in competency assessments and performance reviews throughout the program.

Required profile

• UAE national with a recent university degree in any of the listed engineering or science majors.
• Medical fitness appropriate to the work environment.
• Government clearances, including a certificate of good conduct from the Ministry of Interior.
• Successful completion of all entry assessments, interviews, and national service (unless exempted).
