Graphic Designer & Content Creator

About the role

We are seeking a creative and hands‑on Graphic Designer & Content Creator to join our Dubai team. The role supports Jollibee UAE’s branding and marketing initiatives by producing visual assets for both digital and print channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design digital and print materials such as social media creatives, in‑store collaterals, promotional banners, and campaign visuals.
• Develop content concepts and produce engaging visual assets for multiple platforms.
• Adapt global brand assets to suit local UAE campaigns while maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams throughout the design process.
• Manage design projects from brief to final artwork, preparing files for production.
• Ensure all customer touchpoints reflect a consistent brand identity.

Required profile

• Strong visual design portfolio demonstrating brand‑aligned work.
• Minimum 4 years of graphic design and content creation experience in the F&B/QSR sector.
• Fluent Arabic speaker with excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail, effective time‑management and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Strong typography knowledge for readability and brand personality.
