Graphic Designer & Creative Content Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Graphic Designer & Creative Content Executive to join the Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah team. You will translate marketing concepts into compelling visual assets that showcase the hotel’s luxury experience across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the content calendar and creative briefs, turning approved concepts into graphics, photography, and video.
• Design graphics and layouts for social media, print collateral, digital signage, e‑mail campaigns, and website assets while adhering to brand standards.
• Shoot and edit photography of rooms, F&B outlets, events, weddings, and guest experiences for marketing, PR, and OTA channels.
• Film and edit short‑form and long‑form video content, including reels, property films, and campaign videos, handling colour grading and sound editing.
• Coordinate on‑property photo and video shoots, managing schedules, equipment set‑up, and liaison with departments, talent, and vendors.
• Maintain a well‑labelled digital asset library of raw and finished files for the marketing team.
• Produce quick‑turnaround graphics, photos, and clips for time‑sensitive social media, PR, and operational needs.
• Prepare exported files in correct formats for print vendors, digital platforms, and OTA/social channels.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong eye for composition, lighting, colour, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, well‑organized and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere Pro.
• Experience with motion‑graphics tools such as After Effects.
• Hands‑on skill operating DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting, gimbals and audio equipment.
• Knowledge of export formats and specifications for social media, print and OTA/website platforms.
• Drone piloting experience or licence (optional).
