Graphic Designer

About the role

The Graphic Designer will create visual assets that embody the Roasters brand across both digital and print channels. Working on‑site in Dubai, you will collaborate closely with the café, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a consistent and compelling brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design social media graphics, in‑store signage, packaging, and promotional materials.
• Develop and refine design concepts that align with brand values.
• Prepare artwork for production and oversee its execution.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to maintain brand consistency.
• Support campaigns by translating marketing goals into visual concepts.
• Adapt designs based on feedback and performance insights.
• Contribute hands‑on to the in‑store visual experience.

Required profile

• Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio of high‑quality visual work.
• Experience in logo design and building cohesive brand identities.
• Proficiency in typography and ability to choose typefaces that enhance readability.
• Advanced knowledge of industry‑standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or equivalents).
• Excellent attention to detail, time‑management and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, open to feedback.
• Relevant education or training in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field; hospitality or F&B branding experience is a plus.
