Graphic Designer & Video Editor – Real Estate Marketing

About the role

City Plaza Properties is seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer & Video Editor to produce high‑impact visual content and marketing collaterals across our residential, commercial, off‑plan, and property management portfolios in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Create marketing collaterals such as digital brochures, floor plans, flyers, social media banners, and email newsletters while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Design print and display signage, outdoor hoardings, presentation decks, and property catalogs.
• Capture, edit, and produce high‑quality property tour videos, drone footage, agent promos, and client testimonials, including short‑form reels with motion graphics and sound design.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and real‑estate agents to align creative output with campaign goals, adapt content for listing portals and paid ad campaigns, and maintain an organized media library.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, preferably in real‑estate, architecture, or hospitality within the UAE.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Arabic communication or typography skills are a plus.
• Hands‑on camera operation skills with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lighting setups, and basic audio recording.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling for luxury residential and commercial property marketing.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud – Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Familiarity with Canva and audio/video enhancement tools.
• Knowledge of video aspect ratios, frame rates, color correction, and compression settings for web and social media formats.
• Ability to produce motion graphics, captions, and sound design for short‑form video content.
