Group Head - Creative

About the role

Arada is establishing an in‑house creative studio that will serve all its business units. As Group Head – Creative you will lead this high‑performance engine, ensuring fast delivery of on‑brand assets across digital, video, OOH, events and CRM channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end content production for multiple media formats.
• Design and implement workflows, service‑level agreements and capacity‑planning models.
• Maintain creative quality standards and brand consistency across all outputs.
• Collaborate with Brand, Performance, CX and Communications teams to deliver unified storytelling.
• Oversee studio operations, including management of freelancers and external production partners.
• Develop new content formats for performance testing and optimisation.
• Drive efficiency through asset reuse and digital asset management (DAM) governance.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a creative studio or similar high‑output content team.
• Strong track record delivering multi‑channel creative assets on time and within budget.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Experience managing freelancers, production partners and internal creative staff.
