Group Management Accountant – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and commercially‑aware Group Management Accountant to join Syncoms Group in Dubai. Reporting directly to the Group CEO and working closely with the London Head Office, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining financial discipline across multiple companies within the group.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts, profit & loss statements, balance‑sheet schedules and cash‑flow reports for the Group and Head Office.
• Conduct variance analysis, financial performance summaries and support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Perform bank, general‑ledger, supplier, customer, inter‑company and balance‑sheet reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of vendor invoices, supplier payments, customer receipts, payroll transactions, operational expenses and petty cash.
• Monitor day‑to‑day cash‑flow activities, coordinate payment runs and ensure smooth fund movement across the business.
• Liaise with local banks and external stakeholders, providing timely financial information to senior management.

• Proven ability to communicate financial information clearly to senior leadership.

Required skills

• Experience in management accounting, financial reporting and reconciliation processes.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management.
