Group Vice President – Middle East Operations

About the role

The Group Vice President will lead Anton’s Middle East operations, translating the Group’s strategy into measurable revenue and operational results. This senior role requires strong leadership, cross‑cultural collaboration and deep market knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Drive implementation of the Group's strategy in the Middle East, achieving regional revenue and operational targets.
• Oversee regional business operations, ensuring order fulfillment and timely project delivery.
• Liaise with Arabic‑speaking governments, oil companies and partners to expand markets and secure key resources.
• Build a localized team and cross‑cultural collaboration mechanisms to improve organisational efficiency.
• Interpret local laws and contracts, lead QHSE implementation and manage regional compliance.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or higher in Petroleum Engineering, International Business or related fields (MBA preferred).
• At least 10 years of experience in oilfield services, with 8 years in the Middle East and 5 years in mid‑to‑senior management within multinational corporations.
• Proficiency in Arabic business negotiation and deep understanding of Middle Eastern market regulations.
• Strong resilience, rapid execution capability and pragmatic work style aligned with Anton’s culture.
