Group Vice President Organisation Effectiveness

About the role

The Group Vice President Organisation Effectiveness will shape DP World’s enterprise-wide effectiveness by designing and implementing strategic initiatives such as organisation design, workforce planning, cost optimisation, and operating model transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a Group‑wide Organisation Effectiveness framework, governance and interventions.
• Advise senior business leaders on organisation design, productivity, operating model changes and transformation programmes.
• Oversee strategic workforce planning, demand forecasting, supply analysis and analytics to support headcount and skill‑set decisions.
• Drive evidence‑based recommendations to improve efficiency, accountability and scalability across the organisation.
• Partner with Group Functions, Regions, Finance and Business Leadership to embed effectiveness principles into planning and transformation agendas.
• Monitor organisational health metrics and propose interventions to enhance performance.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in organisation effectiveness, workforce planning or HR transformation within a large, global enterprise.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to influence C‑level stakeholders.
• Demonstrated track record of designing and implementing operating model changes, shared services or centralisation initiatives.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience using workforce analytics to drive decisions.
