Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead our brand and growth initiatives across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with senior leadership to accelerate customer acquisition, retention, and overall business growth for our consumer wellness brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand and growth marketing strategy for the UAE and Saudi markets.
• Oversee performance marketing, social media, influencer campaigns, and partnership initiatives.
• Manage external agencies and internal marketing teams to ensure high‑quality execution.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and overall business growth.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to scale the business and strengthen the brand.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in brand, growth, or digital marketing within DTC, e‑commerce, or consumer brands.
• Strong background in performance marketing, social media, content, influencer marketing, and CRM.
• Proven experience managing agencies, marketing teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of the UAE and Saudi consumer markets.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
