Growth Operations Lead – Earn & Wealth

About the role

Bybit is seeking a data‑driven Growth Operations Lead to drive user acquisition, engagement and asset conversion for its Earn & Wealth suite, which includes Savings, Staking, Dual Investment and Launchpool. You will shape the end‑to‑end growth engine, turning market insights into scalable campaigns that expand AUM and improve user lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute growth, conversion and retention strategies across the Earn & Wealth product portfolio.
• Build and optimise the full user lifecycle framework from onboarding to high‑value user upgrade.
• Lead planning, execution and ROI evaluation of growth campaigns, including precision marketing via CRM, push notifications and email.
• Develop user segmentation models based on AUM, risk appetite and behaviour.
• Create dashboards to monitor AUM, ARPU, conversion and retention metrics.
• Run A/B tests and use data insights to continuously improve user journeys and product experience.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in growth or performance‑marketing roles.
• Ability to translate data into actionable strategies and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.

Required skills

• Experience with data analytics, dashboard creation and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, push‑notification systems and email marketing tools.
