Growth Operator for Luxury D2C Brand

About the role

We are seeking a sharp Growth Operator to help scale our luxury D2C brand. You will work directly with the founder, iterating quickly on Meta‑driven acquisition, Shopify conversion, and WhatsApp‑assisted closing.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize Meta advertising campaigns and analyze funnel performance.
• Provide creative testing input and identify scaling bottlenecks.
• Improve conversion systems across Shopify and WhatsApp.
• Advise on overall growth strategy and participate in weekly founder discussions.
• Stay updated on Meta and AI ecosystem shifts.
