Growth & Partnerships Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Growth & Partnerships Specialist to introduce Hlthera to the market, create new relationships and turn conversations into strategic collaborations that advance healthcare.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new growth and partnership opportunities.
• Build meaningful relationships with organisations and key decision‑makers.
• Introduce Hlthera and clearly communicate its value proposition.
• Guide opportunities from initial conversation through to formal partnership.
• Represent Hlthera at meetings, events and industry discussions.
• Provide market insights to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate closely with the leadership and product teams to expand Hlthera’s presence.

Required profile

• Exceptional communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Commercially minded, curious and comfortable taking ownership.
• Experience in business development, growth, partnerships, healthcare or technology.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
