About the role

Join W Hotels as a Guest Environment Expert, responsible for delivering a memorable and spotless experience for guests. This full‑time position involves maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of rooms and public areas across the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, ensuring fresh linens and a tidy environment.
• Maintain public spaces, corridors, and service areas to high standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, delivering items and fulfilling service needs.
• Stock housekeeping carts and manage inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, sit, or be on feet for extended periods.
• Physical capability to handle manual tasks as described.
