About the role
The Guest Experience Expert creates memorable, seamless stays for guests at Sheraton Dubai. You will be the friendly face that guides visitors through every step of their visit, from arrival to departure, while embodying the brand’s service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of guest‑focused services throughout the stay.
- Process operational requests, address guest inquiries, and complete daily reports.
- Provide local area information and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Move freely across the property, handling objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, protect assets, and uphold professional appearance and communication.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work or supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Commitment to confidentiality, safety, and quality standards.
