Guest Experience Expert – Dubai

About the role

As a Guest Experience Expert you will create memorable moments for guests throughout their stay at Four Points by Sheraton on Sheikh Zayed Road. You will be the friendly face that guides visitors, handles requests and ensures a smooth, enjoyable experience from check‑in to check‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Process operational needs and complete daily reports.
• Address guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Provide local area highlights and recommendations.
• Assist with loading/unloading vehicles and transport luggage to and from guest rooms or designated bell areas.
• Move throughout the property, including stairs and service ramps, while lifting objects up to 50 lb unaided (100 lb with assistance).

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work or supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist and lift as described.
• Commitment to safety, confidentiality, company policies and professional appearance.
