About the role
Our Guest Experience Experts at Sheraton Dubai are responsible for creating memorable and unique stays for guests. They proactively deliver a wide range of services throughout the guest’s visit, from check‑in to check‑out, ensuring every interaction feels part of the overall experience.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs, address guest requests, and complete reports while sharing local area highlights.
- Take initiative to guide guests throughout their entire stay, delivering personalized service.
- Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, protecting assets, upholding quality standards, and presenting a professional appearance.
- Ensure confidentiality, protect company assets, and adhere to quality standards.
- Be on feet and moving for extended periods, handling objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
