About the role
Our Guest Experience Experts deliver memorable, unique experiences throughout a guest’s stay, handling check‑in, check‑out and a wide range of services. They are empowered to move around the property, address requests, complete reports and share local highlights, ensuring every transaction feels part of the experience.
Key responsibilities
- Guide guests through their entire stay by providing personalized service, from check‑in to check‑out.
- Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports and share local area highlights.
- Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, protecting assets and upholding quality standards.
- Remain on feet for extended periods, performing standing, sitting, walking and handling objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
- Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance and communication standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- Commit to a safe workplace, confidentiality and protection of company assets.
