About the role
The Guest Experience Expert will create memorable, personalized stays for guests at Ajman Saray, a Luxury Collection Resort. Working in a dynamic environment, you will guide guests through every phase of their visit, from arrival to departure, while representing the brand’s high standards.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of guest services, including check‑in, check‑out and personalized assistance.
- Process operational needs and complete daily reports accurately.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues on the spot.
- Share local area highlights and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Move throughout the property, handling objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
- Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, protecting assets and upholding confidentiality.
- Ensure professional appearance, uniform compliance and clear communication at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
