About the role
The Guest Experience Expert – Lobby Ambassador creates memorable, personalized experiences for guests throughout their stay at W Hotels Abu Dhabi. Working on the lobby floor, you will be the first point of contact, guiding visitors, handling requests, and ensuring every interaction feels seamless and welcoming.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of guest services, from check‑in/check‑out to local area recommendations.
- Process operational needs, complete reports, and address guest requests promptly.
- Maintain a safe work environment, follow company policies, and protect confidential information.
- Uphold quality standards, ensure professional appearance and communication.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
