Guest Relations Agent – Abu Dhabi Yas Island

About the role

The Guest Relations Agent ensures VIP and long‑stay guests receive personalised service and a seamless experience at Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island. You will be the main point of contact for these guests, coordinating with hotel departments to meet their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Meet, greet and direct guests in the lobby area.
• Act as the primary liaison for VIP guests, briefing all relevant departments on their requirements.
• Provide regular verbal feedback collection and respond promptly to guest queries.
• Support long‑stay guests (14 days or more) by offering information and assistance.
• Record, manage and resolve guest complaints efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of service in the reception, lobby and Executive Lounge.
• Promote hotel facilities and identify up‑selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Executive Lounge Manager to recognise and reward loyal guests within budget.
• Attend reception and Executive Lounge meetings and ensure compliance with security, fire and health‑safety regulations.
• Assist other departments as needed and operate front‑of‑house equipment and property‑management systems.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills across all hotel areas.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high service standards.
