Guest Relations Agent

About the role

The Lana – Dorchester Collection in Dubai is seeking a Guest Relations Agent to join its luxury hospitality team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering memorable experiences that reflect the brand’s legendary status and the “We Care” philosophy.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Guest Experience team to continuously improve the guest journey, enhance service offerings and support strategic hotel projects.
• Promote the Dorchester Collection culture by creating and sharing legendary stories, content and special moments across the guest lifecycle.
• Maintain a detailed, long‑term view of guest preferences, turning insights into personalized experiences and connections.
• Manage amenities and gifts inventory, recognizing guests through various channels including social media.
• Act as host/hostess, providing a warm welcome, directions and assistance to all visitors.
