Guest Relations Agent – Russian Speaker

About the role

We are seeking a personable Guest Relations Agent who speaks Russian to join our team at a luxury hotel in Dubai. The role involves welcoming Russian‑speaking guests, ensuring smooth check‑in/out, and delivering a memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests, providing a warm and professional first impression.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Russian‑speaking guests, handling inquiries, requests and complaints.
• Coordinate with all hotel departments to fulfil guest preferences and arrange VIP arrivals.
• Promote hotel services, upsell room categories and experiences.
• Maintain and update guest profiles and preferences in the property management system.
• Provide personalized recommendations for local attractions, dining and events.
• Prepare and deliver in‑room amenities for VIPs and special occasions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in guest relations, front office or a similar customer‑facing role in a 5‑star hotel.
• Fluent in Russian and English, both written and spoken.
• Impeccable grooming and professional appearance.
• Strong communication skills with a guest‑first mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Familiarity with hotel software systems such as Opera, PMS and CRM tools.
