Guest Relations Coordinator

About the role

Join haus & haus, an award‑winning real estate agency in Dubai, as a Guest Relations Coordinator within the Holiday & Short‑Term Rentals team. You will be the primary point of contact for guests and property owners, ensuring seamless experiences from check‑in to check‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of up to 50 properties, handling day‑to‑day tenant issues.
• Coordinate 24‑hour check‑ins and check‑outs for guests.
• Schedule housekeeping and oversee maintenance with in‑house or third‑party teams.
• Maintain high occupancy rates throughout the year.
• Conduct inventory checks after each guest departure.
• Respond to leads via email, phone and WhatsApp, and handle enquiries on international platforms.
• Arrange property viewings and track rental payments.
• Process security deposit returns and record all bookings in the PMS system.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar guest‑relations or property‑management role.
• Valid driving licence and personal car.
• Experience working in Dubai and knowledge of the local real‑estate market.
• Strong negotiation and consultative sales abilities.
• Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills with high proficiency in English.
• Advanced troubleshooting and multitasking capabilities.
