Guest Relations & Events Manager – Luxury Resort

About the role

One&Only Resorts is seeking a Guest Relations & Events Manager to join the Food & Beverage team at One&Only The Palm in Dubai. In this role you will create memorable experiences for guests, oversee restaurant events and ensure the highest standards of service throughout the property.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and continuously improve the overall guest experience, maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, VIP guests, special requests, complaints and event clients.
• Manage reservations, private dining experiences, special occasions and event bookings.
• Coordinate the planning, organization and execution of corporate events, social gatherings, promotional events and special occasions.
• Monitor guest satisfaction levels, proactively address concerns and ensure prompt resolution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat business and foster loyalty.
• Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver outstanding service and uphold the venue’s reputation for excellence.

• Proven ability to handle VIP guests and high‑profile events with discretion.
• Leadership experience in a hospitality or food‑and‑beverage environment.
