About the role
The Guest Relations Executive will be the first point of contact for guests at Couqley French Brasserie in Downtown Dubai, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless dining experience. This role supports the restaurant’s premium‑casual service standards and contributes to creating memorable moments for visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Take reservations and greet guests upon arrival, providing courteous and efficient service.
- Assist in checking daily mise en place to meet service requirements throughout the day.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, promotions, and beverage offerings to recommend items to guests.
- Execute additional tasks assigned by the Restaurant General Manager, adhering to operational standards.
- Familiarize with company documentation, especially the Operational Standards Manual for the department.
Required profile
- Service‑focused personality with a passion for hospitality.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a fine‑dining or standalone restaurant.
- Good beverage knowledge is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
