Guest Relations Officer

About the role

The Guest Relations Officer will be the first point of contact for guests at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort, delivering warm, personalized service throughout their stay. This role ensures smooth check‑in/check‑out processes, handles enquiries and complaints, and promotes the resort’s facilities and experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage efficient check‑in and check‑out, and provide prompt assistance.
• Respond to guest enquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information on resort facilities, services, activities, promotions and local attractions while promoting hotel outlets.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Bell Team, Housekeeping, Guest Services Centre and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate guest records, billing, cashiering transactions and front‑office documentation in line with company policies.
• Ensure front‑office operations comply with hotel standards, health, safety and security requirements.
• Monitor guest arrivals, departures, VIPs and special requests to deliver personalized service.
• Participate in training and continuously develop product knowledge and service excellence.
• Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and represent the resort professionally.
