Guest Relations Supervisor

About the role

The Guest Relations Supervisor leads the Guest Relations team at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort, ensuring every guest receives a seamless and memorable experience. This role combines operational oversight with personalized service, handling arrivals, departures, VIPs, and special requests across the resort and residences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily Guest Relations operations, maintaining high service standards.
• Manage guest arrivals, departures, VIP handling, preferences, and special requests.
• Address guest enquiries, feedback, complaints and execute service recovery.
• Provide accurate information on resort facilities, activities, promotions and local attractions.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, Bell, Housekeeping, Guest Services Centre and other departments.
• Maintain guest records, front‑office documentation, billing and operational reports.
• Lead, coach, train and mentor the Guest Relations team, fostering continuous development.
• Promote resort amenities, food & beverage, spa and recreation to drive guest engagement.
• Ensure compliance with hotel standards, health, safety, security and operational procedures.
• Support a collaborative team environment and perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Proven experience in guest relations or front‑office supervision within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple hotel departments.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest satisfaction.
