Guest Service Agent – Front Office (2 Openings)

About the role

Orchid Hotel Al Barsha, a 4‑star property located near the Mall of the Emirates in Dubai, is seeking two Guest Service Agents to join its Front Office team. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality hospitality, managing guest arrivals and departures, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring a smooth front desk operation.

Key responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests, process check‑ins and check‑outs, and manage registration records.
• Address guest requests, phone inquiries, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge teams to resolve operational requests.
• Maintain front office documentation, cash/card terminal records, and lobby presentation standards.
• Deliver personalized service to enhance overall guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Tourism preferred; previous hotel front office experience desirable.
• Familiarity with modern Property Management Systems (PMS), hotel reservation software, and payment processing tools.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, problem‑resolution abilities, professional demeanor, and flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
