Guest Service Officer – Front Office

About the role

The Guest Service Officer will be the first point of contact for guests at the hotel’s front desk, ensuring a consistently high level of service and contributing to the smooth operation of the reception area within the Rooms Division. You will collaborate with the front office team to ensure seamless guest experiences and uphold the brand’s standards of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests throughout check‑in and check‑out processes.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services and local attractions.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the property management system.
• Support the coordination of room assignments and reservations.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management, or a recent graduate from a hotel school.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
