About the role
As a Guest Service Officer at Andaz by Hyatt, you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm and personalized service throughout their stay. You will ensure a seamless arrival, stay, and departure experience while upholding the high standards of the Andaz brand.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests at the front desk, providing accurate information and support.
- Manage check‑in and check‑out processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the Reception area within the Rooms Division.
Required profile
- Diploma or qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with additional language abilities (Arabic, Russian, German, French) preferred.
