About the role
The Guestroom Attendant at Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi ensures each guest room meets the brand’s high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and luxury. Working within the Housekeeping Department, you will anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service in a dynamic waterfront setting.
Key responsibilities
- Clean, dust, and sanitize all areas of the guest room, including bedroom, living room, dining area, and bathroom, following established procedures.
- Perform room attendant duties in occupied rooms and during check‑out turnover.
- Provide turndown service and identify opportunities to personalize the guest experience.
- Execute additional tasks or projects assigned by the Assistant Housekeeping Manager, Housekeeping Manager, or Director of Housekeeping.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel brand.
- Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills.
