Gymnastics Coach

About the role

Fit Republik, the region's leading sports centre in Dubai Sports City, is looking for an experienced Gymnastics Coach to deliver advanced classes, design programmes for all levels and mentor junior coaches. The role combines hands‑on coaching with proactive member support, especially for younger athletes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver advanced gymnastics classes for members of all ages.
• Design and adapt training programmes to suit beginner, intermediate and elite athletes.
• Mentor and guide junior coaches, providing feedback and development support.
• Assist members, particularly juniors, with technique, injury prevention and rehabilitation advice.
• Maintain high standards of safety, customer service and facility cleanliness.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑5 years of gymnastics experience and at least 3 years of coaching experience.
• Deep understanding of the gymnastics ecosystem and coaching children of all ages.
• Knowledge of injury‑prevention, rehabilitation and national‑level competition (a plus).
• Gymnastics Coach Certification approved by the FIG, or a university degree in Sports Science (preferred).
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications; UAE REPs is a plus.

• Excellent customer service and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
