Head Coach

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Head Coach to lead the coaching team at Premium Fitness Club in Al Quoz, Dubai. The role combines leadership, program delivery and member experience to drive high‑performance results.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, onboard and develop a high‑performing coaching team.
• Conduct coach evaluations, performance reviews and deliver ongoing education and mentoring.
• Ensure all classes meet company standards through regular audits and quality assessments.
• Maintain consistency across strength training, functional fitness, conditioning and gym floor operations.
• Build and manage coach schedules, guarantee full class coverage and monitor operational KPIs.
• Lead flagship classes, maintain a visible presence on the gym floor and act as a role model for coaching excellence.
• Collaborate with Operations and Marketing to continuously improve service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of coaching experience in the fitness industry.
• Strong background in strength training, functional fitness and performance training (e.g., HYROX, CrossFit, boutique concepts).
• Proven experience leading, mentoring or supervising coaches.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational abilities.
• Fluent English.
• Preferred: experience in premium or boutique fitness clubs, opening or scaling facilities, additional coaching certifications.
