Head of Business Development – Middle East

About the role

EnerMech is looking for a commercially driven and strategically minded Head of Business Development for the Middle East. The role will lead regional business development across three business lines – Infrastructure & Industrial Solutions, Energy Solutions, and Lifting Solutions – to drive revenue growth, expand market share and strengthen strategic customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Middle East business development strategy across all three business lines.
• Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities in priority markets and sectors.
• Lead strategic account development, building senior‑level customer relationships and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Maintain a strong regional sales pipeline with accurate forecasting, CRM management and opportunity progression.
• Lead major commercial opportunities from engagement through proposal, negotiation and contract award.
• Gather market intelligence and monitor competitor and industry developments to uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical, operational, commercial and business‑unit teams to create differentiated customer solutions.
• Represent EnerMech at key customers, industry bodies, conferences and strategic market forums.

Required profile

• Proven track record of generating new revenue and developing strategic accounts.
• Experience building strong senior‑level customer relationships and converting complex opportunities into profitable business.
• Leadership capability to guide regional business development activities and promote collaboration.
• Strong understanding of the Middle East market dynamics across infrastructure, energy and lifting sectors.
