Store Supervisor – Luxury Beauty Retail

About the role

The Store Supervisor will lead the NARS boutique at The Galleria Al Maryah Island, driving sales performance while delivering an exceptional client experience. You will oversee daily operations, uphold brand standards, and inspire a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead by example, representing NARS values and brand standards in all interactions.
• Coach and motivate the team to achieve sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Manage staff scheduling, performance, and daily floor coverage.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, build strong client relationships and manage VIP clients.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
• Maintain visual merchandising, store presentation, grooming standards, and stock replenishment.
• Monitor inventory, stock movements and prepare audits according to procedures.
• Ensure compliance with retail, safety, security, HR and operational policies.
• Execute store events, projects and clienteling activities to boost engagement and sales.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Previous experience in a Store Supervisor or similar leadership role.
• Strong makeup application skills and a genuine passion for beauty.
• Excellent communication, customer service and team‑leadership abilities.
