Head of Control Room

About the role

We are looking for a strategic operations leader to head our 24/7 Control Room in Dubai. The role is responsible for overseeing real‑time fleet and mobility services, ensuring safe and efficient transportation across the network while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of the Control Room for fleet and mobility services.
• Monitor real‑time transportation performance and service KPIs.
• Make data‑driven decisions to improve operational efficiency and performance management.
• Oversee incident response, crisis management and business continuity activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance service delivery.
• Develop and implement reporting frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of control‑room professionals.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet management, transportation or mobility services.
• Proven leadership experience managing a control room or command centre.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
