Head Of Demand Generation

About the role

Easygenerator, a fast‑growing AI‑first EdTech scale‑up, is looking for a Head of Demand Generation to own and scale its end‑to‑end demand engine. You will lead paid acquisition, SEO, website, content and conversion initiatives to drive a qualified pipeline and support revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own paid, organic, website and conversion channels and translate growth targets into clear road‑maps.
• Deliver predictable marketing‑sourced pipeline while balancing short‑ and long‑term growth.
• Lead website structure, messaging, UX, landing pages and CRO; partner with product marketing for differentiated positioning.
• Manage a €2M+ paid‑acquisition budget, optimise for pipeline and revenue impact with strong attribution.
• Build scalable SEO/GEO and intent‑based content clusters to grow authority and long‑term pipeline.
• Create revenue‑focused content aligned to the buyer journey and ensure digital design supports conversion.
• Own marketing‑sourced pipeline targets and key revenue KPIs; develop quarterly growth plans and address funnel bottlenecks.
• Lead paid, content, web and design teams, establishing scalable processes and experimentation frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with product marketing, revenue teams and senior leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS digital growth experience.
• 2+ years of team‑leadership experience.
• Proven track record of pipeline growth and ownership of a €2M+ budget.
• Strong expertise in paid acquisition, CRO and SEO/GEO.
• Excellent editorial judgment, digital‑design understanding and awareness of enterprise sales cycles.
• Analytical, commercially driven and hands‑on with AI agents and LLM‑based tooling (e.g., Claude).
