Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

About the role

The Head of Financial Planning & Analysis will lead FP&A and pricing functions for Al Futtaim Financial Services, overseeing consolidation, reporting and pricing strategy across both B2B and B2C leasing and lending portfolios. This senior position drives financial insight, governance and margin optimisation to support the group’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage FP&A activities for all financial services entities, including budgeting, forecasting and monthly financial reporting decks.
• Develop and maintain financial consolidation processes in partnership with Group Finance to ensure accurate and fair reporting.
• Lead pricing management by reviewing tender requirements, creating standardised pricing calculators and governing margin control policies.
• Oversee automated lease‑rate calculators to accelerate deal closure and improve sales efficiency.
• Control system governance, Delegation of Authority and prepare dashboards that track wins, losses, revenue and margins on a monthly basis.

Required profile

• CA, CWA, CMA, MBA or equivalent finance qualification.
• Minimum 12 years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven ability to mentor junior analysts and influence decisions without direct authority.
• Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for financial reporting.
• Ability to develop and manage automated financial tools and calculators.
