About the role
Barclays Private Bank is seeking a Director‑level Private Banker to lead growth across the Middle East, focusing on ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients and strategic market expansion.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients, acquiring new relationships and deepening existing ones.
- Act as a senior ambassador for Barclays Private Bank, strengthening the firm’s presence and reputation in the region.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, risk frameworks and internal policies.
- Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the development of the wider Private Banking team.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Director‑level Private Banker or equivalent, with a substantial portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients.
- Strong network across the Middle East wealth‑management market, including family offices, professional advisers and centres of influence.
- Deep understanding of cultural, regulatory and commercial dynamics of the Middle East private‑wealth landscape.
