Head of Global Sales

About the role

As the Head of Global Sales you will steer TradeQuo Global’s international sales strategy, focusing on the fast‑moving FX and financial services markets. You will lead a multi‑regional team, open new market opportunities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive global sales strategy.
• Lead, manage and scale a multi‑regional sales team.
• Identify and enter new markets, client segments and partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, compliance, product and customer support to deliver a holistic sales approach.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to maintain competitiveness.
• Report regularly to senior management on performance, opportunities and challenges.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Maintain deep knowledge of global FX markets, trading platforms and client behaviour.

Required profile

• Proven senior sales leadership experience in the FX or Financial Services industry within the UAE.
• Track record of leading international sales teams and expanding into MENA markets.
• Results‑oriented, hands‑on approach with strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
• Minimum two years in a Head of Sales, Country Manager or senior brokerage sales role in the UAE.
• Willingness to work onsite at Jumeirah Lake Tower, Dubai.
