Head of Growth

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Growth to define and lead the growth strategy for established eCommerce and direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) brands operating in the United Arab Emirates. The role is strategic, focusing on identifying high‑impact opportunities and translating performance data into clear growth priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the growth roadmap for assigned brands, targeting ambitious revenue milestones.
• Identify and prioritize the highest‑leverage growth opportunities based on market conditions and performance metrics.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across paid media, email marketing, conversion rate optimization, creative, and other acquisition channels.
• Provide strategic direction, monitor results, and adjust tactics to ensure alignment with overall growth objectives.
• Communicate progress, insights, and recommendations to brand leadership and key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience shaping growth strategy for eCommerce or DTC brands that have reached 7‑ or 8‑figure annual revenue.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee teams executing across multiple acquisition and conversion channels.
• Strong leadership focus on strategic planning and team management rather than day‑to‑day execution.
