Head of Hard Luxury – Dubai Mall

About the role

The Head of Hard Luxury will partner with the Store Manager to lead the Hard Luxury department at Hermès Dubai Mall. This senior position oversees sales performance, team development, client relationship management and operational excellence across multiple product categories.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and develop a high‑performing sales team, conducting interviews, daily supervision, and performance evaluations.
• Drive sales targets for the Hard Luxury section, identify opportunities through weekly business reviews and CRM data.
• Maintain exceptional client service standards, act as manager on duty, and make critical client decisions during Store Director visits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, complete daily sales reports, and manage scheduling, attendance and leave records.
• Oversee product management, visual merchandising, inventory control, and stock levels for assigned métiers.
• Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team and provide market updates and buying advice to the Store Manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury retail management with a strong sales record.
• Excellent people‑development skills, able to assess talent and implement improvement plans.
• Strong leadership presence on the sales floor and ability to motivate teams.
• Solid understanding of CRM standards and client capture processes.
• Ability to manage operations, scheduling and inventory in a fast‑paced environment.
