Head of HR – Dubai

About the role

The Head of HR will lead the development and execution of HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that support the business objectives of a leading international live‑events and entertainment organisation in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning, recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Design and implement succession and talent development programmes.
• Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with UAE labour laws.
• Oversee compensation benchmarking, annual salary reviews and benefits administration.
• Coordinate insurance renewals and payroll oversight.
• Drive Emiratisation/Saudization initiatives.
• Support organisational change, employee engagement and a positive, inclusive culture.
• Provide strategic HR advice to senior leadership.
• Manage the HR budget and external partners/recruitment agencies.
• Strengthen the employee value proposition and continuously improve HR processes and systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior HR leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of personnel administration, compensation & benefits, performance management, labour laws and HR policies.
• Proven leadership, team‑management, coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent project‑management, communication, organisational and decision‑making skills.
• Practical knowledge and experience in HSE is essential.
