About the role
As part of Project POWER, you will lead the global separation of HR Information Systems (HRIS) and payroll services for the FUELS business, ensuring a smooth transition to a standalone organization after the divestiture.
Key responsibilities
- Define and maintain the overall programme plan, milestones, dependencies and critical path for the HRIS and payroll separation.
- Coordinate country‑level workstreams, assess local requirements, existing solutions and contractual arrangements, and align them with the global roadmap.
- Oversee data migration, system testing, user acceptance testing and parallel payroll runs to guarantee data integrity and continuity.
- Manage stakeholder and vendor relationships, acting as the primary liaison between FUELS, the Bureau Veritas Group, IT, finance, local HR teams and external providers.
- Identify, assess and mitigate programme risks, establishing contingency and business‑continuity arrangements for critical HR and payroll processes.
- Support the transition from project delivery to the long‑term standalone FUELS operating model.
Required profile
- Significant experience leading complex, multi‑country HRIS, payroll or HR transformation programmes, preferably in M&A or carve‑out contexts.
- Proven ability to work in a matrix environment, building strong relationships with local HR networks and service centres.
- Educated to degree level with a recognised HR qualification highly recommended.
