Head of IT & BPO – Gulf (Dubai)

About the role

DHL Global Forwarding is seeking a visionary Head of IT & BPO for the Gulf region, based in Dubai. You will lead the digital transformation agenda, aligning technology initiatives with business goals to support growth and operational excellence across the Gulf cluster.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Gulf IT strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Design and implement roadmaps for IT platforms, infrastructure, and applications, including migration plans.
• Oversee delivery of complex projects, managing scope, quality, timelines, and budgets.
• Drive digitalization of core operational systems and customer‑facing applications.
• Collaborate with regional BUIT, BPO, and operations teams to harmonize business processes.
• Identify opportunities, introduce best practices, and improve IT‑BPO effectiveness and efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in IT and BPO within a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of technology investment, systems innovation, and process optimization.
• Ability to balance technical constraints with business priorities and end‑user needs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and strategic partnership skills.
